How can I pay?

We use PayPal Australia or AfterPay for an efficient and secure service. 

Is the site secure?

YES! PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems even without the Google Chrome SSL Certificate. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

How can I check the status of my order?

On submitting your order and once payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email which will include a summary of your order, order total and an order number which can be used for any enquiries via email.

When will my order be processed?
When your payment has been received SISTA BLISS will process the order through Australia Post within 1-2 business days followed by immediate shipping Monday to Friday.

When will I receive my order?
You can expect to receive shipment within 3 to 5 business days after processing.

Returns

Can I return my product?

Please select products carefully when ordering as we do not offer exchange of goods. Report any order discrepancies to SISTA BLISS within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Warranty claims will only be recognized within 7 days of receipt of delivery and only if the product is found to be faulty or defective. Remember to include photos of your goods and a description.

PLEASE NOTE: The customer acknowledges the mineral products ordered are classified as natural based and therefore can have slight variations in colour from batch to batch; as such there may be variances in the product from order to order, the customer acknowledges that these changes are out of our control. Only synthetic colours can achieve colour consistency, and therefore we cannot guarantee natural colours have this same feature.
